중고 명품 스트리트 패션 아이템을 전문으로 취급하는 브랜드, 린칸 구매 전문점은 기존의 일반적인 매장과는 조금 다른 색다른 운영 방식을 선보이고 있습니다.

전통적인 개념에서 벗어나 고객들에게 상품을 판매하는 것이 아닌,

고객들로부터 희귀하고 가치를 지닌 제품을 구매하는 방식으로 운영되고 있는 매장은 독특한 분위기를 자랑합니다.

이곳의 포인트는 단순히 거래가 이루어지는 곳 이상의 공간적 경험을 제공하는 데 있습니다.

고객의 프라이버시와 편안함을 중요한 가치로 내세워 친밀하면서도 지나치게 폐쇄적이지 않은 균형 잡힌 분위기를 조성하는 것이 목표입니다.

매장은 이케부쿠로역 바로 앞 건물의 5층에 자리하고 있습니다.

큰 창문을 통해 역 앞의 광장이 내려다보이고 건물 전면이 열려 있어, 풍부한 자연광이 실내로 유입되는 구조를 갖추고 있죠.

이러한 특징을 중점적으로 살린 디자이너는 천장이 아닌 벽에 조명을 설치해 새로운 빛의 방향성을 제안했습니다.

커튼을 통해 들어오는 부드러운 빛이 공간을 은은하게 채우며,

비교적 좁은 공간도 더 넓게 느껴지도록 개방감을 선사했습니다.

여기서 또 하나 눈에 띄는 것은 공간 활용 방식입니다.

매장 내부는 완벽히 사적이면서도 외로움을 느끼지 않도록 설계되었습니다.

뒷마당처럼 꾸며진 예술적 오브제와 각기 다른 기능을 가진 공간들은 모두 자연스럽게 연결되어 방문객에게 일관된 경험을 제공합니다.

입구와 대기 공간, 그리고 협상이 이루어지는 방 사이에는 부드러운 커튼을 활용해 시각적 조화를 이뤘으며, 어디서든 은은한 빛이 방문객을 감싸도록 했습니다.

매장의 가구 또한 섬세하게 디자인되었습니다.

알루미늄 프레임과 타일 마감 소재를 활용해 뒷마당과 다른 공간 요소와 조화를 이루며, 린칸 브랜드 특유의 세련되고 현대적인 이미지를 담아냈습니다.

그 결과, 이곳은 단순한 중고 거래의 장을 넘어 아름답게 설계된 독특한 경험의 공간으로 완성되었습니다.

린칸 구매 전문점은 단순히 물건을 사고파는 장소를 넘어서, 고객에게 감각적이고 특별한 시간을 선사하며 중고 명품 패션에 대한 새로운 시선을 제시하고 있습니다.

RINKAN, a brand specializing in the purchase of various street high-brand used clothing does not sell products to customers,

but rather purchases products from customers. The shop is a place where rare products are gathered and where negotiations are conducted to determine

the value of those rare products. Required to have a completely different function from regular apparel stores,

this store’s goal was to create a place that would feel private, but not closed or oppressive.

The site is located on the 5th floor of a multi-tenant building right in front of Ikebukuro Station.

The windows overlook the plaza in front of the station, and the openness of the building’s front

allows plenty of light to stream in, which is impressive. Taking the light from the window as a motif,

the design team installed lighting not from the ceiling but from the walls, filled the space with light

through the curtains, and created an impression of openness and spaciousness despite the small size of the space.

By controlling the line of sight, the design team created a private yet open space.

The backyard is laid out like an art objet in this space, and the void space between the space and volume creates the functional areas such as entrance,

waiting area, and negotiation room, respectively. These areas are connected to each other so

that visitors can feel the soft light through the curtains no matter where they are.
