하이랜드 스타셰프 레스토랑은 도심에서 경험할 수 있는 예술적 삶의 랜드마크이자 다양한 특징을 가진 옌한하이랜드 꼭대기 층에 위치해 있다.
선전, 난산의 해외 차이나타운 창의지구 내에 자리하고 있으며, 동쪽으로는 도시풍경을, 서쪽으로는 옌한산을 두고 있다.
울창한 숲과 바위에 둘러싸인 이 프로젝트는 가을 정취를 가득 품은 아름다운 자연환경을 가지고 있다.
산 앞에 우뚝 서 있어 마치 분주한 도시에서 솟아난 듯 보인다.
설계팀은 기존의 자연 환경을 통합하여 다양한 사교모임과 식사를 즐길 수 있는 장소를 조성하고자 했고, 프로젝트는 인간과 자연 간의 조화로운 공존을 바탕으로 디자인되었다.
매일 아침 햇빛으로 가득 찬 부드러운 호흡과 함께 아름다운 장면들이 자연에서 펼쳐진다.
바위 위에 태양이 비치면 나뭇가지와 잎들은 한데 모여 자연의 아우라를 자아내고, 바위 위 빛과 그림자는 우리로 하여금 도시 공간에서 떨어져 나와 편안한 리듬으로 자연의 변화를 느끼게 한다.
자연에서 와 자연으로 돌아가는 것이다.
설계팀은 공간 구조물과 자연 산물을 하나로 통합시키고자 했다.
각 구조물은 가벼우면서도 강력한 I형 빔에 의해 지지되고, 자유 평면과 유동적 공간이라는 현대주의 건축정신을 추구한다.
단순한 파사드와 정교한 자재들은 실내외 각 공간을 서로 연결해 사람들에게 자연 속에서의 휴식을 제공한다.
입구에 정렬된 입체적 펜던트의 표면은 구불구불한 산과도 같다.
태양의 명확한 윤곽과 그늘진 표면의 반사는 자연적인 검은 돌로 만들어진 전경과 함께 서로를 비춘다.
계단을 따라 걸으면 박스 구조물과 흰 벽체로 구성된 기다린 통로를 지나 레스토랑 내 박스 영역과 여가활동 영역에 도달할 수 있다.
여가활동 영역은 고객들이 쉬면서 대기하는 전이 영역으로도 기능하는데, 커피와 티를 즐기는 동시에 식사 모임에 사용할 넓은 공간을 예약해 이용할 수도 있다.
공간은 기존의 흰색 I형 빔 구조를 유지하여, 아트리움 내 원석과 녹색 식물들이 놓인 안뜰 주변에 단순하고 자연스러운 분위기를 연출한다.
밤에는 맛있는 음식과 와인을 즐기며 산 속에서의 여가 시간을 만끽할 수 있는 공간이다.
Highland Star Chef Restaurant is located on the top floor of Yanhan Highland, a multi-quality space and artistic life landmark in urban nature.
It is located in the overseas Chinese town (OCT) Creative Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, with Yanhan mountain in the West and urban landscape in the East.
The project has a beautiful natural environment, like a quite autumn flavor.
Surrounded by dense woods and stones, the project stands in front of the mountain, which seems to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city for a moment.
The design team wanted to create a place where we can enjoy food and various social gatherings by integrating the
original natural environment, and the project is based on the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
Beautiful scenes are spread in the nature with the gentle breath filled with sunshine in every morning.
When the sun shines on the rocks, the branches and leaves gather together, enjoying the aura of nature, and the light and
shadow on the rocks make us detach from the urban space and feel the changes of nature with a comfortable rhythm.
It come from nature, and back to the nature.
The design team want to integrate the structure of space and natural products into one.
The structure is supported by light and strong I-steel structure, and the spirit of modernist architecture is pursued: “Free plane” and “Flowing space”.
