지 파이 Z Ø는 스페인의 마드리드 중심부에 자리 잡은 매력적인 미니멀리즘 주택입니다

이 집은 넓고 아늑한 거실 편안한 침실 실용성을 갖춘 주방까지 모든 공간이 본연의 역할을 다할 수 있도록 특별히 설계되었습니다

프로젝트의 주안점은 일상 생활과 정원이 자연스럽게 연결되는 현대 주거 공간 조성이었습니다

기존의 복층 구조물을 철거하고 드러난 노출콘크리트는 자연광이 가득한 마법 같은 공간을 만들어냈고

설계팀은 대형 유리창과 개방형 평면 설계를 통해 자연의 미를 언제나 감상할 수 있는 개방적인 공간을 창조했습니다

넓게 펼쳐진 정원은 이 프로젝트의 중심축으로 경관을 최대한 담아내기 위해 대형 유리창을 활용해 내외부의 경계를 흐릿하게 만들었습니다

실용성과 아름다움을 모두 고려한 이 집은 개방형 주방과 붙박이 수납공간 등을 통해 사용자들의 일상을 편리하게 하는 데 초점을 맞췄습니다

주택 내부는 광택 있는 금속 공예적 디테일이 풍부한 질감 목재와 석재 같은 천연 소재를 사용한 미니멀리즘 가구 디자인이 조화를 이루고 있습니다

이러한 요소들은 따뜻하면서도 입체적인 세련된 분위기를 조성하여 기능성과 독창적인 미적 감각을 동시에 제공합니다

Z Ø is a minimalism house located in the heart of Madrid, Spain. The house is designed so that all spaces such as a spacious living room,

a quiet bedroom, and a kitchen with essential equipments, can fulfill their original uses.

This project focused on creating a modern house where living area and garden are naturally connected.

The demolition of existing two-story buildings and the revelation of exposed concrete structure created a magical space full of

natural light. Through large windows and an open floor plan, the design team wanted to make it an open space that would always face the beauty of nature.

The cool open garden is the core of this project. The design team made the best use of the large windows filled with the entire landscape, blurring

the boundary between the interior and exterior spaces. The house which had not only beauty but also practicality in mind,

was completed by considering details to enhance daily convenience including an open kitchen and built-in storage.

The interior of the house combines glossy metal elements, the texture of crafty details, and minimalism furniture design

using natural materials such as wood and stone. It evokes a sophisticated atmosphere with a warm and

sculptural feel, helping to create an independent space with functionality and unique aesthetics.
